the only thing missing was a stop at moqui cave
on the way to arizona we stopped at glen canyon dam. that place has changed but it still makes me think about my childhood a lot, especially when i look at the dinosaur footprints on display. my kids liked it. isaac liked it.
and then an engine died and we had fun at big o in flagstaff, lining up by height. but not before enjoying indian fry bread in gray mountain, arizona. (don't sit near the heaters.)

OH,MY. Those kids are so stinkin' cute! I miss them all so much. At first glance, I thought "why is Jonah in that picture?" I can't believe how much Isaac looks like him.
Pearl is SO tiny! What cute kids!
Fun times at Big-O, that.
I am sorry we missed you when you were here. Things being as they were, you called when we returned from our ward picnic experience and the following day was filled with Trek preparations. We heard you'd been there a week before you called. Next journey, give us a heads up and we will make way.
Jarret, I can vouch for Abby. We were only in town a few days, and much of it was scheduled family stuff for my mom's birthday. She didn't blow you off, for sure.
I love that little baby pearl carries around.
i tumbled! :)
