this is the tree our front window looks out on. i love it. the blossoms are amazing. the other day we had a serious discussion on whether or not it is an apricot tree because of the "popcorn popping" vibe it's giving off.

No quitting allowed. Who would I copycat?
What
a
tree!
wish
we
had
mature
(and beautiful)
trees
like
that
in
our
neck
of
"woods".
And
your
grass
way
greener,
too.
LUCKEEE!
(Did I do enought to keep you blogging?) :-)
By the way--I want photos of your kids by that popcorn tree. You should put a brown bag of popcorn in a branch and let Milo "pick" it. ;-) He'd LOVE it.
Oh Reba you are too sweet.
And Wendy, WAY TO DELIVER!!! You rock. You're going to have to keep commenting like that from now on to keep my numbers up.
Numbers are everything.
Also, will someone please comment on how cool my pear clock is?
I like your pear clock. The popcorn tree is beautiful. AG
I hadn't noticed the pear clock.
But I *do* like it, now that I've seen it. Super cute.
My question is, "Does it keep good time?"
I don't think I've ever owned a decent wall clock.
I guess that's what I get for buying them at Walmart.
We did just buy one for the schoolroom from IKea and I have high hopes for it. It's very cute, at least.
i love those trees!
i love those trees a lot!

Dude, way to rally guys! I don't have to quit. Whew.
I think it could be a cherry tree--? hmmm.... I get to make this 45
46 is a respectable number.

I love the tree!
and I love the pear clock!
In fact, I was a creative copycat and put a lime clock on my blog, so thanks for the idea.
Hooray for creative plagiarism!
Is it maybe a flowering dogwood?
