Hurray! I have come to your blog site about 10 times today, hoping for a new post. These photos are so FANTASTIC!!!! You have captured amazing shots of the kids. Pearl, oh my goodness. Could she be any cuter? Milo has such wonderful expressions. Where are you when Jamie is scowling at Milo? The kids must love the goats. Who is their new friend in the bottom photo? I'm so grateful you're sharing this. Thank you. Thank you!!!

Just call me mommy-stalker. Can't get enough. What was the deal with Milo pouting? Classic expression on Milo and Jamie's faces there. Is that the young man's electronic device? Are Milo and Pearl the adored new kids in the neighborhood?

Please notify when the kids pick up a new accent.

so beautiful. i'm going to have to copy your polaroid heart, is that OK? I will let everyone know that I got the idea from my dear friend Abby.

I just showed Nate the pictures and he laughed really hard when he saw the one of Jamie and mopey Milo with the eye patch.

Ashley Seil Smith said...

and gaaaawsh...Nate says that your picture heart is not really representative of JAMIE'S heart, because clearly Nate is everywhere in Jamie's heart.

Abby, What great pictures. Your kids are getting so big, they are really cute. It looks like you found a place to get Ice Cream - it can't get better than that right!!! That is a cute picture of Milo and Jamie.

Jamie cut open that starfruit with his pocket knife, right? The Captain Huggyface dance is so international. And, Pearl's hair + humidity is mucho cute-o, I mean, even mucho cute-o-er than it usually is.

thanks everyone! i love comments. i may just live for them at this point.

mom, you were supposed to create your OWN captions! milo was upset that he couldn't hold the ice cream the whole time. since we've gotten here we've realized how spoiled he is! that will change. the boy in the bottom picture is TreVon and he is our upstairs landlady's son. he is VERY nice to the kids. church today was great and i get to TEACH rs next week. not sure how that will go down. milo went to primary today and did very well and pearl did great in nursery. there were a bunch of visitors from twin falls in church. very nice.

emily, i knew you would catch the huggyface dance! it really transcends all language and racial barriers, doesn't it?

Abby, love the pics, love your Mom and the fact that she stalks her grandkids, that's what grandmas are for! And Pearl's hair is to die for in the humidity, she was made for it. Plus I love your heart polaroid mural, so cute, so you. What a great experience for your family!

Abby, I love, love, love this post! I get so excited to come check on you, I remind myself of your mom (okay, so not quite at grandma status, but you know, it is quite exciting to follow your adventures) and I'm so happy to hear things are going well at church and getting to know people and your surroundings. Your pictures are amazing (much like Pearl's hair and Milo's faces!)

I adore your blog. You are great with words and take great pics. Mind me asking what kind of camera, besides a polaroid, you use? Also, where do you get your cool fonts/typeography for your headers?

What a cool adventure you are on! Fun to follow!

Abby, those goat's cousins live next to us. Ed calls them the "neighborhood gang".
Ethan announced proudly yesterday that he can now instantly tell the difference between a goat and a sheep!
