maw-me
i found this website and i think it's great. it's called 1001 rules for my unborn son. and it's just what it sounds like, but really lovely and poetic too. having a son is hard. having a daughter is hard too. especially when she won't eat anything but crayons. but that's another story. i have to give my parents credit because they never made parenting seem hard. they never even seemed like they were parenting. they just were. they're great. moral of the story: i love milo and pearl. it hurts, i love them so much. i can't get over how amazing they are. and i am going to enjoy them, even enjoy when milo holds my face between his two little hands and says, "oh, mommy, do you have an owie? let me kiss it better." no, son, i just need to buy some more proactiv. true story. it happens about 10 times a day.

ha ha ha ha! Story of my life with the blemishes. Afton pushes mine.
crayons before peas. i'm with you, pearl.
Nice to know that Luke is not alone in the crayon diet.
Abby!!! Hey, will you send me your email address? Thanks! And Milo cracks me up. We miss him tons. I still think Benjy likes milo more than our own son ;) benjyandashley@yahoo.com
I love you, Abby. I feel like a song is coming on . .
Go, go, go Abby, you know what they say . . . . .
more on that later.
Milo's pure innocence and brutal honesty may be hard to take, but it beats all to heck having a student-child ask you in front of a classroom of 40 if you are pregnant. (and you are 50 years old)
my kids ask me about my "owies" a lot too. if only i could just put some neosporin on it and it would go away. 'sigh'
I love the look of your blog, esp. with bacon. That's cute! I have also been wanting a good new read, so The Hiding Place it is. Good luck with the kiddos. Enjoying them is the best way to go about it!
