Natalie likes helping me at a store. she lkies to pick out fruit and vegetables herself, which is fine with me, but lately, whenever she doesn't like an apple or an orange or anything, she just throws it away! She thinks it's hillarious to throw a frut in the air, and see it land on the floor, so we have some hard time shopping that way, because loves helping and it's a habit for her to pick out stuff, we just have to make sure she doesn't throw anything around!Elenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02253394825688392150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38754680.post-69302088013998935732008-07-17T08:13:00.000-07:002008-07-17T08:13:00.000-07:00Abby,I hear ya! I'd love to give that gift to Eli during what has become a harsh AZ summer.

You may know a little restaurant called La Dolce Vita in Provo. Well let's just say that my eldest left a "present" there during a graduation dinner. Ouch. The younger twin left one in Nordstroms. We chuckle now, not then.

Hang in there, we've got your back.

We love you very much.Jarret M. Sharp, Ed. I think my last one was a little while ago. Katelyn was being HORRIBLE, so I was practically running through the store to end as quickly as possible. By the time we got to the front I just wanted to leave. When I went to pay, my card was denied 3 times. I finally figured out it had expired the day before. I was so frustrated I made Tyler go back to get our cart full of goods.Brookehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04876375047510686978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38754680.post-65771225132449390812008-07-16T10:12:00.000-07:002008-07-16T10:12:00.000-07:00When I said, "Crap." up there, I really meant "Oh ...When I said, "Crap." up there, I really meant "Oh darn." Trying to make those dang flower hair clips and we (the girls and I) were at Michael's. Last store.

Milee: "Momma, I need to go potty."
Me: "Ok, baby. This is our last store and then we're going home so let's HURRY!"
Milee: "Ok."

We go inside, I find what I'm looking for, and then I hear what I SO did not want to hear.

Dripping liquid. Crap.

Milee: "Uh-oh, Momma...."

That's a fun conversation to have with the employees... "Uh, do you have a mop or something?..." Not to mention when people come down the aisle you're on and the lady steps right into the puddle! Great. But all she said was, "Oh, is it pee? I've got 3 kids." :) Made me feel a little bit better. :)Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05267907927800143269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38754680.post-89811827208838479372008-07-15T23:03:00.000-07:002008-07-15T23:03:00.000-07:00My advice:Go-go-go-Abby, you know what they sayThe...My advice:
Go-go-go-Abby, you know what they say
These stressful times will all pass away
But in the meantime leave the kids home
With daddy Jamie while you shop alone

Wish I was there to babysit while you both shopped. BTW-if you ever want to bring your kids over so you can do some shopping on your own, I would be more than happy to help! Shopping with kids...Tucker threw up once in Target. Shopping with kids is the worst. Find a grocery store with a kids "daycare." It has been my lifesaver. I could grocery shop for 2 hrs. if I wanted too. Down here, Frys and Bashas has them. Pearl will probably still be too little (so protect the blueberries and spaghetti sauce), but Milo could probably go in.Bonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11175111391507968491noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38754680.post-34921800766263648342008-07-15T21:15:00.000-07:002008-07-15T21:15:00.000-07:00Greg dropped a 12 pack of soda at Target once, and...Greg dropped a 12 pack of soda at Target once, and one can burst open spraying everywhere, spinning in circles. If that wasn't enough, 3 more starting doing it too. The whole front was blocked by our messy soda. There was a red puddle an inch deep! When the manager came to help us, one more went off. To top it off half the employees are Mountain View students. Love the embarrassing grocery moments- I hope this made you feel a little better!FWIL Sentimental Blog Contenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06950088695992968293noreply@blogger.com
