We recently received a package in the mail containing the most beautiful handmade cotton nightgown for Pearl. The oohs and ahhs and overall delight it elicited were far greater than all the princess dresses and plastic jewelry I've ever bought her have ever earned. And the twirling. Oh, the twirling! It is delightful and we'll keep it forever. And she'll most likely wear it to bed for the next three years straight or so.
